When you enquire about a project, we may ask for your name, email address, project location and details of the garden design and timings. Where you contact us by phone, email or through a social platform, we receive the information you choose to share there.

Our enquiry form opens your own messaging app with the details you have entered already filled in. That information is prepared in your browser and sent by you; it is not submitted to or stored on a server through this website.

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, assess and quote for a project, and, where you instruct us, deliver and manage the construction work. We only use your information for the purpose for which it was shared.

We process personal information to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, to perform a contract with you, and, where relevant, on the basis of our legitimate interests in running our business.

We do not sell your information. We only share what is necessary to progress a project you have instructed. For example, with specialist trades or suppliers working on your garden. Where you contact us through a social platform such as Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn, your use of that platform is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

We keep personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purpose it was collected, including to meet legal, accounting or record-keeping obligations.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Any settings held purely to make the site work are kept on your device and can be cleared in your browser.
